TERMS AND CONDITIONS
S&A Prestige Cleaning Services agrees to provide cleaning services as booked by the client. The scope of work will be based on the selected service (e.g., standard clean, deep clean, or add-ons).

By booking a service with S&A Prestige Cleaning Services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Bookings & Property Access
The client must provide accurate details when booking. The client must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, a cancellation or call-out fee may apply.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted based on the size, condition, and requirements of the property. Final pricing may vary if the condition of the property differs from what was initially described. Payment is required after completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.Deposits may be required for certain bookings (Deep Cleans)
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If the client is unsatisfied with the service, they must notify S&A Prestige Cleaning Services within 24 hours. The business will attempt to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas. Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Damage and Liability
S&A Prestige Cleaning Services will take reasonable care while performing services. Any damage to the client's property must be reported within 24 hours of the service. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
S&A Prestige Cleaning Services staff have the right to take photos of the property before and after for proof in case of any action taken against the business.
The business is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Items not secured properly

The client agrees to secure fragile or valuable items before the service.
Additional Services & Add-Ons
Any services not included in the original booking will be treated as add-ons and may incur additional charges. Add-ons must be requested in advance where possible.
Health & Safety
The cleaning team reserves the right to refuse or stop work if the environment is deemed unsafe (e.g., hazardous materials, aggressive pets, unsafe conditions). Full payment may still be required if work cannot proceed due to unsafe conditions.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website. By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
