Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cleaning services, S&A Prestige Cleaning Services does not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition of the property; however, we are committed to delivering a high standard of service at all times.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any part of our service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed

  • We will assess the issue and arrange a re-clean of the affected areas where appropriate

Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the service has been completed

  • Failure to report issues within 24 hours

  • Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions (e.g. permanent stains, damage, mould)

  • Areas or tasks not included in the original booking

  • Inability to complete work due to unsafe conditions

​While we aim for the highest quality results, some stains, marks, or buildup may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.
